Expanding the reach without losing originality, we developed a new brand positioning that included discourse, manifesto, tagline, values, personality and a new visual identity.

In April 2023, Sinfônica Ambulante, an intangible cultural heritage of the State of Rio de Janeiro, contacted us to help them solve some challenges:
1. Update the visual identity
2. Build a brand positioning
3. Reach an audience beyond revelers, attracting event and festival producers.
In the qualitative research, there were more than 700 responses evaluating the strength of the brand and its field of associations. During the in-depth interview, we understood that Sinfônica Ambulante is for those who believe that carnival is a state of mind that should accompany us all year long.














"Drum roll: the Traveling Symphony Orchestra is getting ready to attack. Our carnival has no date or address: The crowd is our home and from Rio to Niterói, our arrangements are made to immortalize emotions."
One of the signatures was shaped like a banner, an iconic element of carnival. The chosen typography was chosen to bring references to jazz brass bands, with a rhythm intertwined with different heights and thicknesses of letters and creating dynamism.
In the visual identity, the six main instruments were illustrated in a perspective manner and using the wide range of colors in the palette, bringing a lot of energy and a sense of movement.
